FAQ & Engagement

How working with RONEX works.

The models we work in, and answers to the questions we hear most.

Engagement models

Three ways to work together.

Project

A defined system, scoped, built, and delivered to a clear outcome and timeline.

Embedded

RONEX operates as part of your team — building and running systems continuously.

Retainer

Ongoing optimization, support, and evolution of the systems we have deployed.

Questions

Answers, up front.

What exactly does RONEX do?
RONEX designs and deploys integrated operational systems across four divisions — management systems, mobile & software, hardware architecture, and a creative studio — under one company.
Do you work across all four divisions on one project?
Yes. Most engagements draw on more than one division. The advantage of RONEX is that software, hardware, and creative are delivered as one coherent system with one accountability.
How fast can we launch?
Because we build on prebuilt operational cores, many systems launch in weeks rather than quarters. The first region or product of a logistics platform, for example, typically goes live in around 14 weeks.
Can you integrate with our existing tools?
Yes. We connect to existing data and tools through a standard interface layer rather than forcing a full replacement.
What does an engagement look like?
We offer project, embedded, and retainer models. Most clients start with a defined project and move into a long-term partnership as the system grows.
Do you only work with large enterprises?
We work with serious operators of many sizes. The common thread is the need for a real, scalable system — not a quick fix.
Where is RONEX based?
RONEX operates from the United States and Iraq, serving clients worldwide. Reach us at [email protected].
How do we get started?
